Well known colour/pigment supplier has a vacancy for an Account Manager who will develop the pigment and dye division in the industrial sector. Responsibilities:
Development and execution of Sales plan to achieve target
Develop and implement Sales initiatives and strategies to target customer for new business development
Identify and promote products to Industries where dyes and pigments used.
Customer site visits to discuss their needs, sales promotion and to assess the quality of company’s relationship with them and collect market knowledge
Encourage on generating new leads through telephone conversations, exhibition and other databases (Google, magazine, etc)
Generate leads and close new deals
Prepare Sales Budget on CRM
Benchmarking competitors: Analyze and collect competitor information to improve sales strategies.
Discuss Price quotations, samples requests , projects utilising in-house CRM follow internal procedure
Exhibitions – Participation &/or attendance required
Diagnose causes of customer complaints, and give solution.
Follow up critical debtors with sales team.
Team working with internal departments in day to day tasks.
Set target, evaluate and monitor to ensure company targets are met.
Discuss and provide weekly and monthly report of sales team


Requirements:
Fluent in writing and spoken English and local languages
Extensive customer contact for product promotion.
Technical and brief application knowledge
Use of IT ( SAP, SAGE, Microsoft word, excel, access and Internet)
Sales experience in business to business selling

Responsibilities:
Primary health delivery - Diagnosing and treating, pre-employment and annual medicals, dispensing and ordering medication.
Monitor employee wellnes and ensure healthy and productive workforce.
Supervising medication packing and labelling and ensuring sufficient stock holding.
Conduct mobile clinic to remote sites.
IOD - Injury on duty, examine, treat or refer.
Management/Admin - organise payments to hospitals and consultant, dispensing license renewal
HIV and preventative campaigns - Voluntary counselling and testing, preventative measures, campaigns, education etc.
First Aid - ensure First Aid certificates are renewed, budgeting and ordering of supplies, ensure all first aid boxes are equipped regularly.
Health and safety - Liaise with supervisors, Managers, Health and Safety Officers/Reps re injury on duties, prevention of recurrence of
the injury.


Requirements:
Matric plus Bachelor Degree in Nursing
Min of five years’ experience as a registered Professional Nurse, of which three years is acquired in Primary Health and two years in
Occupational Health.
Registered with South African Nursing Council and SASOHN.
Must have dispensing licence.
Driver’s licence
Knowledge of Occupational Health and safety, Health screening, Vaccinations, Primary health care, Mental health, Filing, Family planning,
Health legislation (Pharmacy, Nursing Act, Human Rights).

Responsibilities:
Responsible for technical tools/knowledge management relating to the product portfolio. Responsible for providing the knowledge and
understanding of key competitor products to the RSA & SSA business.
Responsible for ensuring the local businesses have the technical understanding and training in order to connect with the customer, both
technical & practical application. Manage the dissemination of wider training to customers.
Support Marketing, Commercial Managers & sales teams on a technical level in order to improve customer value adding and therefore create a closer relationship with the consumer/end user to increase the “pull effect”.
Responsible for consolidating technical profiles & sharing with internal team. Consolidate the technical profiles of current and competitor
products in the RSA & SSA product portfolio to support the Marketing team in ensuring that they reflect customer needs and to provide
consistent, authoritative brand positioning.
Supporting business teams to ensure customer needs are met, input is required at the Global/Regional Innovation Platforms to ensure these needs are highlighted and incorporated into the strategic objectives of the business. Contribute to the implementation and development of the business development strategies within the Country Cluster (SSA) & Region (SEEMEA).
Contribute to the management of new technical projects, label extensions, geographic extension of existing products (from idea creation to launch) & operational marketing planning at a technical level.
Represent the business on relevant external committees or expert groups with the aim of influencing others to defend the Business Unit interests.
Participate in the lobbying activities of Business Unit and form and maintain close cooperation from key industry influencers, representatives or bodies.
Contribute & support in the achievement of net sales, MI IIA, per market segment according to budget and propose corrective actions, if
necessary.


Requirements:
Degree - an Entomology or BSc degree will be an advantage
High level of knowledge of insect and rodent biology
At least 10 years’ experience in the vector & Professional Pest Management industry an added advantage
Experience of developing and managing technical presentations
Thorough understanding of the technical characteristics and use of vector & pest control products
Knowledge of vector & PPM industries within RSA & SSA
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to produce reports of a high scientific standard related to development
and technical issues of the Business Unit product portfolio
Fully computer literate.
Good interpersonal skills
